Processing time
In-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within one business day. You'll receive tracking as soon as the label is created.
Carrier & delivery
Domestic orders ship via FedEx. Free FedEx 2-day shipping on orders over $200. Orders under the threshold are charged a flat calculated rate at checkout. Exact rates finalized at launch.
Packaging
Every vial ships sealed with its lot number, packed discreetly with protective material. Its Certificate of Analysis travels with the order. Light- and temperature-sensitive materials are packed accordingly.
Handling on arrival
Products ship as lyophilized powder and are stable in transit. On receipt, store desiccated at −20 °C, away from light. Solubility and reconstitution are determined by the receiving laboratory.

Lost or damaged orders
If a package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us with your order number and we'll resolve it. Full claims window confirmed at launch.
